Do you ship your guitars internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders are packed in custom flight cases to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, though customs duties may apply depending on your region.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Standard models typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom 'Wurst' builds, the lead time is currently 8-12 weeks to allow for hardware sourcing and meticulous quality testing.
What kind of warranty do you offer on electronics?
All wurst.guitars instruments come with a limited lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship and a 2-year warranty on all electronic components, including pickups and internal wiring.
Can I return a guitar if it doesn't suit my playing style?
We offer a 14-day 'No Questions Asked' return policy for all stock models. Custom-built instruments are non-refundable but include a free setup adjustment to meet your specific preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and specialized financing options like Affirm and Klarna to help you spread the cost of your premium instrument.
Are your guitars professionally set up before shipping?
Absolutely. Every guitar undergoes a 20-point inspection and a professional setup by our master luthiers to ensure it is stage-ready the moment it comes out of the box.
