Gretsch 6117 Double Anniversary from 1968
A sweet vintage Gretsch, with a comfortable neck and great sounds. The Double Anniversary features two HiLo'Tron pickups - my favourite of all the Gretsch pickups: boost them into a good tube amp, and you're in heaven. It's been freshly cleaned and set-up, and ready to go.
Condition: good, except for the binding rot, which is sort of standard on a Gretsch of this vintage. It doesn't matter for the sound and playability. Fully original except for the pickguard.
Repairs: a tiny restoration at the output plug, covered with a larger rivet.
